2. Data and purposes
We process details you provide in communication: your name or account name, phone number, email if supplied, therapist preference and duration, hotel and address, appointment, agreement, confirmations and any complaints. We use them to respond to your request, arrange and document the booking and communicate with the provider. Legal bases are steps before a contract and contractual performance under GDPR Article 6(1)(b), applicable legal duties under (c), and proportionate legitimate interests in protecting rights and security under (f). Providing necessary contact and booking details is voluntary, but without them we cannot arrange the booking. We do not request medical records, identity document photographs or other sensitive information for an ordinary enquiry; please do not include these in the initial message.
3. Recipients and platforms
Details necessary to arrange and deliver the service are shared with the specific provider, not publicly or with all therapists. Authorised personnel and necessary operational, accounting or legal suppliers may handle data. WhatsApp operates its platform under its own policy: https://www.whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy-eea. Website infrastructure uses OpenAI and Cloudflare, and Google Fonts is used to load typefaces. These services may receive technical information such as IP address, browser and request details. ChatGPT handles sign in for the current private preview. The platforms may process data outside the EEA under their policies and applicable GDPR mechanisms, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You may request information about relevant safeguards from the controller.
4. Retention
Ordinary enquiries that do not become bookings are retained for no more than 3 months after resolution unless needed for a specific dispute. For completed bookings we retain only necessary confirmations and related evidence, normally for 3 years to protect legal rights, or until a continuing dispute is resolved. Records subject to mandatory retention are kept for the statutory period. Data no longer required are deleted or anonymised. External platforms’ operational records follow their own settings and policies. These are data handling rules, not a claim that WhatsApp automatically deletes conversations.
5. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access and a copy, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We normally respond within one month and explain any lawful extension. We request only proportionate information to verify identity. You may complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority: https://uoou.gov.cz. We do not use automated decision making producing legal or similarly significant effects.
6. Website, cookies and messages
This website does not send your booking message. It opens WhatsApp, where you control sending. This version contains no advertising pixels, marketing analytics or newsletter enrolment. Hosting, security and sign in platforms may use essential cookies or similar technology. Opening WhatsApp does not provide marketing consent. If tools requiring consent are added later, the relevant information and choices will be provided first.
