1. NYXA and the service provider

The company identified in the contact details below operates NYXA and acts as a booking intermediary. NYXA arranges communication and appointments between customers and massage providers. The massage contract is with the specific provider named in the offer, not automatically with NYXA. The provider may be a self employed therapist or an identified operating business. A profile name does not replace the provider’s legal identity. NYXA remains responsible for its own intermediary obligations and does not exclude the customer’s statutory rights.

2. Initial enquiry

Website buttons open WhatsApp with a draft message that you complete and send yourself. Provide your preferred therapist, duration, hotel name and address, date and time. A click, initial enquiry, displayed date or therapist profile does not confirm availability or create a binding paid order. NYXA does not charge the customer a separate fee for submitting or handling an enquiry. Your own internet or mobile provider may charge according to your plan.

3. Information before acceptance

Before we request binding acceptance, you receive the provider’s legal name, registration number, business address, contact details and business status; the exact service and duration, therapist, date, time and location; the total price including taxi and mandatory charges; and the payment recipient, method and due date. You also receive these terms and any additional provider terms, including cancellation, withdrawal and complaints procedures. The offer states how long it remains open. You may correct details or request clarification before accepting. A change of price, provider, therapist or appointment requires a new agreement.

4. Binding confirmation

A booking becomes binding when the customer’s express acceptance of a specific, still valid binding offer and obligation to pay its total price reaches the provider or its authorised representative. NYXA transmits a binding offer in a provider’s name only with that provider’s authority. Availability checks and estimates are not binding offers. A suggested reply is: “I place a binding order under offer [reference and date], agree to pay the total of [amount] CZK including taxi, and accept the attached terms version [version].” Silence is not acceptance. We then provide confirmation and the agreed terms as a document or complete message that you can save. A link to a webpage that may later change is not a substitute for providing the agreed wording.

5. Price, payment and service

Ritual prices are in CZK. Taxi is additional and its final cost is confirmed before binding acceptance. The quoted total includes applicable taxes and mandatory charges. This website does not collect card payments or automatically debit funds. The individual offer identifies who receives payment, how and when. No additional reservation fee is charged without prior agreement. Customers arrange access in accordance with their hotel’s rules. Scope, pressure and boundaries are agreed before the massage; customers may ask for it to stop at any time. This is a relaxation service, not medical care.

6. Changes and cancellations

Contact the booking channel as soon as possible to change or cancel, identifying your appointment. These terms do not introduce an automatic contractual penalty or a separate NYXA cancellation fee. Any different reasonable provider cancellation terms must be expressly disclosed before acceptance and cannot be imposed afterwards. Statutory consumer rights take priority. If the provider cancels, the customer need not accept a replacement time or therapist, and payment for an unprovided service is refunded without undue delay. Other statutory rights remain unaffected.

7. Withdrawal from a service contract

Consumers generally have 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw unless a statutory exception applies. Send notice within that period to the provider’s contact in the offer; for a contract concerning NYXA’s own service, use NYXA’s contact. No reason is required. If performance is to begin within that period, the provider must obtain a separate express request for early performance and explain its consequences in advance. The right ends following full performance only when all statutory conditions, including prior express consent and information, are met. Where the law permits, withdrawal after requested early performance may require payment of a proportionate amount for work already provided. There is no penalty for exercising a statutory withdrawal right. Relevant payments are returned within 14 days of withdrawal, normally by the original payment method.

8. Complaints

Address a complaint about a massage to the provider identified in the offer. NYXA can help forward it, but this does not replace delivery to the provider unless NYXA is authorised to receive it. Address complaints about NYXA’s own intermediary service directly to NYXA. Include your booking reference, what went wrong and your requested remedy, with relevant documents where appropriate. A consumer complaint will be acknowledged and resolved, with notice of the outcome, within 30 days unless a longer period is agreed with the consumer. Statutory remedies may include correction, an appropriate reduction or withdrawal depending on the defect. No party’s statutory liability is excluded by these terms.

9. Disputes and applicable law

If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved directly, the Czech Trade Inspection Authority offers alternative dispute resolution where its legal requirements are met: https://coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr/. An application must be made within one year of first raising the claim with the business. Access to courts is unaffected. Czech law governs dealings with NYXA without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under otherwise applicable law. Amendments apply to future bookings and do not change terms already agreed.

10. Model withdrawal notice

To: [provider, address and contact from the offer; for a contract with NYXA use NYXA’s details below]. I withdraw from the contract for: [service, appointment, booking reference]. Contract date: [date]. Customer name and address: [details]. Reply contact: [contact]. Notice date: [date]. A signature is required only for a paper notice. Use of this model is optional.
